IPMA: xml error on the assistant phone

I configured IPMA proxyline in CCM 5.1.

When I launch the service from the assistant phone and select the Available/Unvailable softkey, an error is generated on the scree: "analysis error 4 xml".

I restarted Tomcat but nothing changed.

Are you using French locale? I think this problem arisies with french locale.
