Unanswered Question

Hi all, I have a question, I was offered a job the other day working for a large employer, the job is considerably more money than my current role, It has alot more responsablity, project mangaging/technical support etc. I have been with my current employer for 7 years and they treat me well, however the money is that different I dont know what to do, I have also learnt and used cisco in my current role whereas the new place uses nortel switches and cisco routers so thats another drawback as Ive hav to learn them also. Can anyone give me advice on what to do ?

I have this problem too.

what's your primary motivator? are you more interested in job security? what are some of your goals? if you are questioning your current position because of money, have you thought of asking your management of you current employment for a raise? if they wont give it to you and money is THAT important, than go with the new job. :)
