Hi,

Can somebody give some information on how often does cisco.com, publishes the antivirus and antispyware updates for the clean access managers to downloads.

If a antivirus vendor publishes some updates ,within how many hours will it be available on cisco.com website.

thanks

I've been told by Cisco they have updates from their partners in 60 minutes or less.

What's more, according to the latest version's documentation:

"Cisco conducts automatic, periodic downloads to the Cisco NAC Appliance so that administrators do not have to manually configure dynamic data, such as virus signatures."

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I am not able to auto update the Clean Access and get following message. Can anyone suggest what can be the problem. The IP of CAM is nated on PIX forewall with any-any access list but still update is not complete. I would like to inform that it is a new install.

Thanks in advance
