Hi all

Please see the attached figure (nms.jpg )which shows the cisco active devices and NMS server (LMS 2.5)

I need you to confirm that Management server on the figure can manage all the active devices from one point with one interface(one IP address)

structure highlights (also written on the figure):

- All of the switches including Layer 3 switch are connected to hosts (PCs)

- Several VLANs are configured on all of the switches (total 16 VLANs)

- VLAN 1 (Native VLAN) is allocated for management purposes only, no PC is connected to VLAN 1

- Switches? interface VLAN 1 ip addresses are in the same network (20.1.1.0/24)

- Network Management Server? (LMS2.5 installed) ip address: 20.1.1.1/24

- Network Interface Card of NMS is connected to VLAN 1 port (Native VLAN)

thak you for all help in advance

Yes. Provided the LMS server can reach all network devices via SNMP (and probably one or more of telnet, SSH, and TFTP), then one LMS server can manage this network.
