Pickup Group Not working

On a CCM 3.2(2a), with only about 12 phones - they have one pickup group, which works for everyone apart from two phones. I have checked similarities between working and non working phones, but the two non working ones cant pick up from the group.

I have reset the phones, profiles and tried to deregister the phone and reregister (with dummy mac). Still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Reset the CCM service. if it doesnt work try to set up a new Pickup Group DN and see if it works.
