Database Subsystem does not start

Is there any trick to getting the database subsystem to start?

IPCC 4.5 Premium

I have created an ODBC connection to the database and that connection is successful when testing. I have also setup the data source in IPCC to match.

Any thoughts of what I'm missing?

Did you get this fixed, I'm using the same versions as you and having the same problem

Double check:

- ODBC: System DSN?

- mixed mode (win+sql) auth enabled on sql server you set up the ODBC link to?

- ODBC link uses SQL auth?

- sql user and password information on Subsystems>Database>Datasource entries the same as in the ODBC entry?
