We are encountering a failure of our federator switch a catalyst 3750G-24TS-S
The startup output on console port is as follow in the attached file
Our network is down (no communication between floors)
Can anybody help us, this is an emergency.

Hi ,
It is better open a TAC case with cisco to resolve the issue because traceback is present in logs which can be decoded by TAC engineer for seacrhig for known issues.

I have only guest level acces and cannot use TAC.
I need to know if it is hardware or software problem

A POST ASIC failure is pretty much always a hardware failure. It's the lowest level hardware diag (Power on self test)

The failure is indicated as follow :
POST: PortASIC CAM Subsystem Tests : End, Status Failed
Is the portASIC CAM Subsystem a replaceable component or does the switch have to be replaced.
