Hi, if I would like to convince with focused Q&A - end customers that IPT is bringing ROI what would be the questions?

there will be a lot of questions based on the customer enviromment and thier needs. there is a ROI calculator available on cisco's site that you might use. i tried it a few times but it needs a lot of detailed information from the customer to get a better picture.

normally if im pitching a solution i involve my Cisco rep immediately.
