Hi

From one of our 7200's

From config mode on your router

boot system flash disk2:c7200-js-mz.123-14.T4.bin

Make sure you don't make a typo. You can have multiple boot system statements and the router will try and boot in the order they appear in the config.

So make sure you have an entry for your existing IOS as well as the new one.

Not sure what you mean with a "slot". Assuming you mean slots for flash cards.

The command for that is:

boot system slot0: or boot system slot1:

So, the keyword "flash" must be replaced by the actual media that is utilized.

Typing the command boot system ? gives an overview of the options altough not all may be present on your system.

Leo

Sorry, the command should be:

boot system flash slot0:

Try boot system flash ? for possible options
