When trying to dial a number from the IPMA GUI, from the search list, using either the Assistant Line or the Manager Proxy line, a message in the lower left hand corner states that it is an invalid number and the line goes busy. If you use the dial pad built into the GUI that call goes through just fine.
Additionally, if you try to transfer to voice mail from the Manager Proxy Line, the log will show the following:
description: vmbox number not configured
This is the same behavior for voice mail transfers in both the Auto Attendant and the IPMA application.
Voice mail for these users works fine outside of these applications.
I have gone over partitions, CSS, and everything appears to be the way it should.
Does anyone have any idea what other parameters I could check?
