I know what IOS could terminate PPTP tunnels. And looks like its not support at all making outgoing PPTP tunnels by itself? Could anybody confirm this or point to sample config, I can't find anything related.

Run a batch file (batch.bat) to modify the Microsoft routing to resolve this problem. Delete the default and reinstall the default route (you must know the IP address that the PPTP client was assigned, such as 192.168.1.1).
In this example, the network inside the router is 10.13.1.x.
route delete 0.0.0.0
route add 0.0.0.0 mask 0.0.0.0 161.44.17.1 metric 1
route add 10.13.1.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1 metric 1

Looks like you misunderstood me. I'm talking about making outgoing PPTP tunnel from cisco to PPTP server.

AFAIK there only one way is use Tunnel interface but its not support ip address negotiation, so only static will work.
