redirect depending of the calling number

How to make in CallManager 4.1(3) call redirect depending of the calling number.

For example, if call from local number 6610 on 4000 and there is no answer within 10 seconds or busy, a call redirect on local number 7777, if call from number 7710 on 4000 a call not redirect on 7777

I have this problem too.
