CCM Auto Attendant

Hi,

i am wondering if it is possible to customize the AA that comes with the CCM (i have 4.13).

I know i can install the IPCC/CRA (which means more load on the CCM) but in case i want to modify the original one of course with the prompt, can i use the editor on a user machine and than upload it without installing IPCC.

Yes, u should be able to do it. Not sure if u get the script editor with CM Extended Services, but u should be able to play with the prompts. Are u able to access the admin page from http:///appadmin ??

Hi,

The thing is that i already installed the IPCC and the server is slow, i need to try it in my lab or if somebody has done it this would help.

I want to change the prompt from (press 1 for name, 2 for extension, etc..) as well as the script.
