Router 2621 strange situation

Hello! I have cisco 2621 with IOS

c2600-i-mz.122-3b

with 32Mb mamory and 8 Mb flash.

The router have 2 fastethernet interfaces that are connected to 2 lans. when i try to transfer file from one LAN to another i get speed transfer max 100Kbps.I dont have any QoS or traffic policy, i dont have any extra routing ....

After show process and show memory i see that I have a lot of free memory and

CPU utilization for five seconds: 7%/7%; one minute: 5%; five minutes: 6%

Check your desktops are operating at full duplex are not.

Most of the time i have seen that these interface parameters are not negotiated properly and results in poor performance.

Check make sure the router ports and the ports on your lan switch are hardcoded on both sides . Look for errors on either side to see if this is causing a problem . Some older router cards do not have autonegotiate capability so both sides including the lan switch side must be hardcoded , you can't leave the switch as auto .

HM! There is no any CRC errors on interface so i supose that is not speed router vs speed switch.....catalyst 2950
