CME SDM

Hi All,

when I use SDM for the CME, after couple of activity in the SDM, CME restarts. any suggestion would be appreciated.

Software crash, upgrade to latest image like 12.4.9 or 11T. Ugrade SDM also and try again.

Hi,

I accidentally delete one file that related to SDM. I need to delete all file related to SDM and reinstall it. would you please show me which file is the SDM files? also can I install SDM again through PC?

I think these are the SDM files. I've seen somewhere documentation that explains what is what.

You may want to try to keep files into directories to keep things neater and easier to tell apart. It works ok unless you have SIP phones, for which files _must_ be kept in the main directory. Looks like the code is not smart enough to discriminate platforms on which directories are suppored, and CCME is supported on both. Sigh.
