CLI info on IP-phone screen and in Missed Calls - question

Hello guys!

I know that this works - I saw it working myself. But I have no idea how it is done. So I have decided to check if somebody else knows.

We have CCM 4.1(3) connected to PSTN via a gateway. Users dial 9 to dial PSTN numbers. When an incoming call comes through from PSTN to an IP-phone, a correct PSTN number is presented as CLI, WITHOUT 9 in front. But if this call was missed and after you go into Directories -> Missed Calls, than in there this number is presented WITH 9 in front, so enabling the end-user to dial this PSTN number stait away. So the question is: How is it done? How can we present one CLI info on the display and different CLI info in Directories?
