I didn't find anything specific in documentation, which indicates that there is no required order.

I'd definitely suggest that you upgrade them all during the same session, i.e. don't leave one upgraded and the others not for any regular business day.

With regards to the Unity servers, you should probably upgrade the primary first, then the secondary.
