We have 2 2811's, each with a T1 coming into ser0/0/0, using static route bgp for load balancing from our ISP. On the LAN side we are using GLBP for round robin load balancing outbound.
This all worked fine until yesterday when suddenly traffic outbound stopped working on the primary router. Now if I telnet to that router and try to ping outbound, or telnet to a remote router, no traffic. I can ping the other end of the serial connection, and I can do traceroutes. If I turn off the secondary router I can ping/telnet outbound again from the primary.
This is really odd. If it's the glbp config, then why can't I ping outbound directly from the router?
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
