phone unregister automatically

Hi All,

I have CME 4.1 with 52 7912 phones. sometimes, some of the phone unregister automatically and then restart again. what part of network should I check for troubleshooting?

There could be a lot of reasons for the phones to un-register. The most common of the random issues would be lose of keepalives. Do u have high traffic on the LAN, different vlans for voice and data, QoS ??

Also, check the firmware on the phones, it would be a good idea to go to the latest firmware

Would also be useful to check for any spanning tree issues.
