http not working

what can the reason if access to www is not successful. however the following works

*the site is accessible for some users but not for others.

* n/w conf is fine

*telnet,ping works for fine access

* telnet does not work for problematic access but ping,trace does fine.

If your internet connection is via cable/DSL then try configuring 'ip tcp adjust-mss 1400' under the LAN interface facing the clients and see if that helps.

You mean telnet to www port?

Check the Proxy setting in the internet browser of those users who can't access www
