error msgs in accessing my personal address book in services

Hi all,

My IP phone is cisco 7940,

When I try to access the personal address book in services, I got the error message:

Error: -7ffbffcf: User (adamzhu) was unable to be validated. (49)

PAB Error Message.

Please help me to resolve my problem,
