hi
my customer has ccme and operator has 7961 ip phone.
the problem is :
calls from pstn come to the operator and operator dial the extension for transfering the call.
During this time outside caller in the hold situation/
when the extension does not answer the operator's call and operator wanna resume the outside call so that to say the person is not in the office.
but when the operator resumes the call even the phone display show connected time and it sill goes on increasing , there is no audio between operator phone and outside caller,. I mean outside caller can not hear the operator even the phone shows connected
i couldnt find the what the problem can be.
any idea ?
Maybe at least what should i check? switch or ccme? which debug can i use for this one

Which CCME. which 7961 load?
Can you upgrade to 4.02 or 4.03, load latest 7.x FW on the 7961, and try again.

by the way if i upgrade ccme to 4.0 , there is also unity exp. should i upgrade it also?
