at one phone I have the situation that a call is connected to a headset and while the call it jumps from headset to the speaker. the connection is going on.
This is most likely a Phone Firmware issue. There were many Bugs associated with the 7.x firmware that caused this exact type of problem. We had users that experienced many odd handset/speakerphone/headset issues. I am not sure what model of phone you are using but there is a new phone firmware 8.2(1) that seems to have solved these problems.
thanks for that info. The phone type is 7940 with a Release 8.0.4 .
I thinks that I downloaded it some time ago.
