Dear all,

I have a manager with 2 assistants. I can logon both assistants, and 1 will be the primary assistant. if she goes offline, the second one will take the calls from her own phone.

but the strange thing is that if both secretaries are logged on. the second one can nog logoff or go offline. she can only do this when the first secretary is logged off and the second one is monitoring the manager.

how do I logoff the second secretary if the first one is logged on?

I'm using ccm4.2 and the ipma is running on the phones, we are not using the pc software.
