Has anyone upgraded CCM 4.1 to 4.2? How did it go? What benifits did you see? Features?

Fine,
Some additional features:
Pickup Group Supervision
Overlap Sending with H323
etc...
Not so much, depends on your needs.
Be careful with third party software, that you generally have to uprgade too (billing, recording,...)

Also, if you upgrade to CM 4.2 you won't be able to upgrade to CM 5.X
