Cisco Unity Express envelope message

does anyone know if you can disable the mesage envelope message in cisco unity express as you can in full blown Unity with the conversation

I have this problem too.

That's not a funciton of the voicemail system. If you're using Cisco CallManager, you can change it in the Callmanager service parameters under the Message Waiting Lamp Policy. I don't believe this can be changed when integrated with CallManager Express.

It is not mwi, I am referring to the actual message when you access your voicemail and you get the envelope information with caller id and timestamp

Ah, of course! There's not currently anything like that. In 3.0 they're supposed to have the brief conversation, but to my knowledge that's it so far.
