Can anybody tell me what is SFP Ports and what is 1R and 1.5RU in 3750 and what is the difference between 2 10/100/1000 Lan Base Image and 2 Dual Purpose Gigabit Ethernet in 2960?
you can find the difference between the platforms in the below link wher you have enough info about port density/forwarding rate/Power Consumption etc..
About RU its the Rack Unit space being occupied by each switches..
Lan Base Image points out the type of ios being installed in the switch,you have different ios feature sets available with different features being supported in it.
