I have AS5350 connected to IP-network from one side and to PBX (ISDN) from other side. Then a user of PBX placing a call to the AS5350 it get an announcement but then user placing a call to some another numbers it geting ringback but it must also get an announcement. How can i solve the problem ?

Here is debug isdn q931 for this two calls:

1. with announcement

02:23:20: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x001C

Sending Complete

Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A3

Standard = CCITT

Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Channel ID i = 0xA9839B

Exclusive, Channel 27

Progress Ind i = 0x8283 - Origination address is non-ISDN

Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '99544295015'

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '79181035089'

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

02:23:20: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0x801C

Channel ID i = 0xA9839B

Exclusive, Channel 27

02:23:24: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: TX -> PROGRESS pd = 8 callref = 0x801C

Cause i = 0x8194 - Subscriber Absent

02:23:52: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: RX <- DISCONNECT pd = 8 callref = 0x001C

Cause i = 0x8190 - Normal call clearing

02:23:52: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: TX -> RELEASE pd = 8 callref = 0x801C

02:23:52: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x001C

2. without announcement (but it must be):

02:30:38: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x001A

Sending Complete

Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A3

Standard = CCITT

Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Channel ID i = 0xA98399

Exclusive, Channel 25

Progress Ind i = 0x8283 - Origination address is non-ISDN

Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '99544295015'

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '79284592406'

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

02:30:38: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0x801A

Channel ID i = 0xA98399

Exclusive, Channel 25

02:31:04: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: TX -> ALERTING pd = 8 callref = 0x801A

Progress Ind i = 0x8188 - In-band info or appropriate now available

02:31:05: ISDN Se3/0:15 Q931: TX -> PROGRESS pd = 8 callref = 0x801A

Progress Ind i = 0x8188 - In-band info or appropriate now available

I have this problem too.

Different components inside Cisco IOS software work together to enable remote clients to dial in and send packets. Figure 2 shows one Cisco AS5300 access server that is receiving calls from a remote office, branch office (ROBO); small office, home office (SOHO); and modem client.

Depending on your network scenario, you may encounter all of the components. For example, you might decide to create a virtual IP subnet by using a loopback interface. This step saves address space. Virtual subnets can exist inside devices that you advertise to your backbone. In turn, IP packets get relayed to remote PCs, which route back to the central site.
