VG224 Port not getting Released

Hi,

VG224 with a modem in a fxs port.

(IOS 12.3(7r)T2)

Modem shows state FXSLS_ONHOOK. (ok)

Modem places a call, shows state FXSLS_ONHOOK (ok)

After the modem finished the call it shows state: FXSLS_WAIT_RELEASE_REQ

Modem state keeps that state forever (FXSLS_WAIT_RELEASE_REQ) (NOT ok)

voice-port 2/1

sh

no sh

Modem state: FXSLS_ONHOOK

Has anybody seen this problem? any suggestions?

A shut/no shut on the affected FXS port will clear the problem, but other times the IAD must be reloaded to fix the problem.
