Callmanager 5.1 audio sources

Is there a way to get to the moh audio source files after you convert them in callmanager. I need to convert the taps prompts to g.729 and cannot find the files anywhere?

Hi Mike,

You can download the files from CCO so you have a fresh set;

** I just looked and these files can be found at the attached link with CCO Login (Right down towards the bottom of the page)**

if u are referring to a file which was used for MoH and you want to use it again, you can get the g.729 format of the same file from the TFTPPath folder (C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPath). This folder would have the file in the following formats for all the audio soucres:

G711alaw

G711ulaw

G729

WideBand
