Check the process state of LicenseServer in the output of pdshow. Also, check the license.log and LicenseServer.log for errors. Note: you will need to upgrade to LMS 2.6 to get Windows 2003 R2 support.

tx for replying

i will follow your advices and let you know.

I have purchased LMS 2.6 and will upgrade. do tou think that license error is related with LMS version?

These errors are probably not related, but if you want TAC support for LMS, you will need to move to 2.6 first.

Hi!

What your operation system language?

Cisco works only function with Windows english and japanese version.

Thanks
