does a directly connected int to router require a access class command to telnet in to the router unlike in firewall it is rerquired.

On a router the access-class is optional not required. The default in IOS is to not have access-class and to accept telnet from any source address.

well, it is not compulsory that you create an access list on your router.You can only create an access list on the router if you want only some specific people or users on the network to access or telnet the router.
