Can I configure both Inline VLAN pair mode and Monitoring mode in Cisco IDSM2 with ver 6.0?

Yes,

You can use one of the dataport to be used for VLAN Pair mode and the other one for promiscuous mode.

Yes,

You will configure an inline pair for one dataport and you can use the other dataport to send either SPAN or VACL traffic.
