Does anyone know how I could achieve the following:
customer wishes to add an automated message to incoming calls saying ?Calls will be recorded for monitoring and training purposes??
This is all down to compliance, so if anything actually is recorded then that message must go out. This means that 60+ DDI?s plus the switchboard will have to have this automated message.
Is this something the Telco could deal with or maybe IPCC express?
