ATA / Phone Error

Hi have a shared line accross a 7912 and an ATA for some reason when I try and call a route point from either the phone or the device plugged into the ATA I get a busy tone , I have checked CSS and Device pool , region and codec and all are correct have even deleted the phone and added back in again but still get the error any idea where to look next

This happens only with 7912's and ATAs?

Which codec you are using to dial de CTI RP?

Is a JTAPI controlled CTI RP? (Like for IPCC, AA, IVR, CUE, etc)

Which codec is supposed to be used for that CTI RP?

If you have compared the settings with a working phone and all is good, CCM trace will tell us what is happening...

Hi Thanks for you help

1) only seems to happen on q 7912 and ATA

2) Codec to dial RP = G.711

3)JTAPI Controlled RP (IPCC Express)

4) Codec should be G.711

Dialled number = 83333 calling number = 87329

Time: 09:00 am
