IP Fax Configuration Wizard Error Messange

I have this error when I try to run this wizard with unityadmin account:

The account you are logged in as does not have permission to act as part of the operating system.

Grant this privilege, log out, log back in, and re-run

But when I run with unityinstall account it works.

Domain Admins cisco.com/users

domain users cisco.com/users

UnityInstall account

Member Of

Administrators cisco.com/builtin

domain users cisco.com/users

EXCHANGE 2003

Delegate Control:

CISCO\Administrator Exchange Full Administrator

CISCO\UnityDirSvc Exchange Administrator

CISCO\UnityInstall Exchange Administrator

Can you help me to find the solution to run the ip fax wizard with Unityadmin accounts, please.

If you run it with UnityInstall it works?

Programs --> Administrative Tools --> Domain Controller Security

Policy: Then under Windows Settings --> Local Policies --> User Rights Assignment

Double click on "Act as Part of the Operating System", Add, Browse,

and Add "\UnityAdmin"
