I have this error when I try to run this wizard with unityadmin account:
The account you are logged in as does not have permission to act as part of the operating system.
Grant this privilege, log out, log back in, and re-run
But when I run with unityinstall account it works.

CISCO\UnityInstall Exchange Administrator

If you run it with UnityInstall it works?
If you go to:
Programs --> Administrative Tools --> Domain Controller Security
Policy: Then under Windows Settings --> Local Policies --> User Rights Assignment
Double click on "Act as Part of the Operating System", Add, Browse,
and Add "

I can run the IP Fax Configuration Wizard with UnityAdmin account.
