Hello, I have a switchboard and the operators are going to 18h. We want that when they are goes they turn aside the telephone from the switchboard to a place where a message is listened that says that the attention time is from 09 to 18h. Is possible to do this with CallManager and/or Unity? If it is possible, how could it to be done?
Sorry for my bad English.
Thank you.
Regards.

Hi,
I think what you are trying to accomplish is to have an after-hours greeting (closed greeting) for a call handler.
You can accomplish this by following the instructions here: http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a0080449c98.html#wp1056790
and by configuring the active schedule (with the hours you wish the greeting to be heard) for the call handler or subscriber with the greeting indicating that "the attention time is from 09 to 18"
This link discusses schedules: http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a0080449ce1.html#wp1607428
I hope this helps.
