thanking you very much. Meanwhile, as a workaround I am pointing ip services, url services to a subscriber. This way if the subscriber is down then it is easier to repoint to another subsrciber via the publisher I suppose. But if the publisher is down I don't think we can change any services until the publisher is back up, is this correct?
