I want to configure PBR in cisco router 2821, I have two ISP one in connected on serial interface and other one is connected through ATM Card. I want to confiure both isp pool trafic pass it's own interfaces. Advise plzzzz.

What kinda isp pool traffic you are talking about here ?
For what purpose you are having 2 links from 2 different isps ?
do throw more clarity on the network setup and the exact requirement...
