Unity express auto attendant forwarding problem

Hi all,

its configured unity express and cme 0n the same 2851 router

CME [Version=4.0(3)]

Mode is srst

Max-pool is 96

Max-dn is 288

Cisco unity Express(CUE) Ver info

Installed Packages:

- Installer 2.1.3

- Bootloader (Primary) 2.1.2

- Infrastructure 2.1.3

- Global 2.1.3

- GPL Infrastructure 2.1.3

- Voice Mail 2.1.3

- Bootloader (Secondary) 2.1.2

- Core 2.1.3

- Auto Attendant 2.1.3

Installed Languages:

- English language pack 2.1.3

Confiured outside caller will routed to AA pilot number and after welcome,it willl ask dial the extension(default welcome method).The problem if the outside person dial number assigned to all 7960 ip phone ,it will work properly.But if the dialed number is assigned to 7911 it will not work"the caller will get message saying"you are dialed an invalid number"

Have any can put some lights

Does the 7911's number actually exist in the CUE config? I.e. if you do a 'show run | inc phonenumber' on CUE, does it match the 7911's extension that you're dialing?

Does dial-by-name work for that user?
