CCM 4.1(3)-user creation , search ,deletion problem

Hi,

When i am trying to add or search user in callmanager 4.1(3) ,its saying "timeout reload again,......and repeats..

i did not integrated ccm with active directory

can anyone can guide me??

Can u give more details about what exactly you are trying to do. Incase you are trying to add search base which is on another directory (NOT DC DIRECTORY), you will have to integrate it with that directory. You cannot add additional search space, else use a custom AXL script which would be able to do it.

Thanks for your concern.I am not using any external directory.I have callmanager only.I am trying to add user in callmanger default database.
