Hello, I'm currently experiencing an issue with SRST. In an environment of about 160 phones 15 are in a SRST Device Pool (whose SRST refence is configured correctly..[IP for Gateway is correct, port is 2000 & Cert port is 2445]..). All phones seem to switch fine into SRST mode, but only one phone will receive calls/ring.
What is being used:
-2821 gateway
-CCM 4.1(3)
-7961 IP phones.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

what is your SRST gateway connected to , a T1 , check for the configuration of the controller.

Thanks for the suggestion we finally figured it out. simple mistype problem in the Gateway configuration. all we needed was a day off and when we took a look at it again the problem was staring us in the face :)
