I need to connect to a windows xp machine connected with Cisco VPN client, by unsing a tools named VNC or pcAnywhere.
By defaut the client reject the incoming connections.
What can I do on the Cisco VPN client to accept incoming connections ?

You must disable the stateful firewall on the cisco vpn client located under "Options".

I have disable the stateful firewall on the cisco vpn client, but I always have "connection rejected" when I try to connect.
One question please : once my vpn client connected, it not get the LAN default gateway and the good netmask from the pix.
Can you tell how to assign the default gateway and the goog netmask for all the vpn clients connected ?

If you are referring to not seeing a default gateway on vpn client, this is normal behavior. What is the ip and mask being assigned?
Is your vpn working ok otherwise from vpn client to inside network? Do you have an access-list in the pix for the vpn?
