Unity Connection - Reports can not be created

Hello all,

In "Monitoring&Reports" I can only generate the two following reports:

Monitoring & Reports -> Reports:

- Unused Voice Mail Accounts

- Users Report

All the other reports can't be created (e.g. User Message Activity Report). Instead, following messages are displayed:

Unable to find any report data based on parameter(s)

Found 27 user record(s)

Can anyone help? This should be straightforward when looking at the Sysadmin Guide (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6509/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00805580c5.html)

Any help is greatly appreciated


PS: I'm running Unity Connection 1.1(1)SR1

I found the solution myself:

Some reports work only if do not leave the search criteria at the default start date of Jan 1 2004, 00:00. You have to set the hour to non Zero, i.e. Jan 1 2004, 01:00 and it will work..

This is what I call a mean bug :)


PS: I had set my timezone to GMT plus 1, if that is of any relevance
