I have a requirement where the same data goes to two locations. It is not multicast.
Do you know of an appliance that would take a unicast stream and send to two different unicast destinations?

You don't indicate what kind of connections you need , if its copper or fiber any layer 3 switch will do this function . This is on the assumption you just need the same subnet in both locations.
