PIX stops forwarding when PC reboots

When I reboot my PC in the office our PIX stops transferring data and has to be reset. I usually telnet/ssh in and use reload and then everything works ok until my PC reboots. I know this is strange but I can repeat it over and over. My PC is set up as the tftp and syslog server. My PC IP is 192.168.16.120 if you look for it in the config. If the pix loses contact with either of these would it cause it to stop working? We are running PIX OS 6.3.5 with PDM 3.0.4. Config attached.

Thanks in advance!

PIX should not be rebooting or stop to transfer data if your PC is rebooting.

PIX should not have anything to do with your PC.
