Downloading CiscoWorks patches

Hi there, I have noticed in the past that my CCO logon was capable of downloading CW patches / updates. Recently I have noticed I can no longer download patches even though the company I work for has Cisco partner status.

Does this mean your CCO logon has to be actively linked to a software applicaiton support (SAS)? Particularly when installing CW for client sites?

Cool, thought so.

Do you know whether, as a service provider, or support contractor, whether you need multiple SAS contracts tied to your login?

Also what is the process of getting a clients SAS contract linked to your account login?
