Hi there, I have noticed in the past that my CCO logon was capable of downloading CW patches / updates. Recently I have noticed I can no longer download patches even though the company I work for has Cisco partner status.
Does this mean your CCO logon has to be actively linked to a software applicaiton support (SAS)? Particularly when installing CW for client sites?
Cheers

Yes, you will need a Cisco.com login that is tied to an active SAS contract covering LMS. LMS updates can then be downloaded using the Common Services Software Center or from http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/cw2000/lan-planner.shtml .

Cool, thought so.
Do you know whether, as a service provider, or support contractor, whether you need multiple SAS contracts tied to your Cisco.com login?
Also what is the process of getting a clients SAS contract linked to your account login?
Cheers

This I do not know. You should contact Cisco.com people (e.g. http://www.cisco.com/web/siteassets/contacts/support.html) and see if they can point you in the right direction.
