MoH issue

Hi,

I'm running CCM5.

Here's the problem:

IP Phone A calls IP Phone B.

IP Phone B put on hold IP Phone A: MoH ok on IP Phone A.

IP Phone B calls IP Phone C.

When IP Phone B comes back to IP Phone A, no MoH on IP Phone C !!

Does phone C have a MRGL with access to a MRG that has a music on hold server ?

Hi,

All IP Phones are on the same Device Pool with the same MRGL.

IP Phone C can be, when alone, put on hold with MoH.
