Hi,
Is there a way for a user to lock a 7940/7960 so it cannot be used to make/answer calls when the user walks away? Then the user can unlock when back at his desk?

Dan,
One way to do this is to create the phone with no DNs and allow the user to log in/out using Extension Mobility.
